Your voice, Your Experience, Your Change

You are invited to an event on Monday, 26 September to inform and engage Sheffield service users with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI), their families and carers in Phase 3 of the Transformation in Community Mental Health.

We need you – your voice, your experience, your insights – to make the changes you need to see and for us together to manage a meaningful and complete transformation of Community Mental Health provision in Sheffield.

Who: Mental Health Service Users with Serious Mental Illness, their families and carers. Please note: numbers are restricted to 60 attendees (or less if Covid rates dictate).

What: Engagement and information sharing event – hybrid (online and in person) about Phase 3 of the Transformation programme that is taking place nationally and locally.

When: Monday, 26 September 2022. 9.30am – 1pm

Where: Hybrid – online and in person. In person – The Circle – 33 Rockingham Lane, Sheffield City Centre, Sheffield S1 4FW.

Why: This service user focused event is part of a series of engagement and information sharing events on Transformation – Phase 3 – across a range of stakeholders and interested parties from staff to public.
