The Primary Care Sheffield Annual Report for 2021/22 was presented at our recent Annual General Meeting.

The report provides an update on progress against our Business Plan for 2021/22. Each year PCS engages with shareholders and PCNs to create an annual business plan which sets out our key priorities for the coming year, steering what we do as an organisation. The annual business plan is recommended to shareholders by the PCS Board and we ask shareholders to pass a resolution to approve the plan. We use our annual report to inform shareholders of delivery of the business plan.
