As with many practices in the City our services were affected by IT problems yesterday. We worked hard to keep disruption to a minimum but we apologise for any impact that the changes we were forced to make may have had on patients. We are pleased to say that all effected services are now running as normal. 

Tuesday 14 March, 08.50am:

Most GP practices in Sheffield are experiencing IT issues today due to issues with the main server.

This is impacting some services at our practices at Darnall Primary Care Centre, Buchanan Road Surgery, Heeley Green Surgery, Mulberry Practice, Highgate Surgery, and City Practice but we are working hard to keep disruption to a minimum.

The problems mean that some of our practices may not be able to offer as many appointments as possible today and we may not be able to respond to all patient requests as quickly as we normally do.

Specialist IT teams are working hard to fix the problem as quickly as possible. We are working with all parties to try and address the issues and will keep patients updated on progress.
