Our shareholders – GP practices in Sheffield – have approved our Business Plan for 2023/24 by passing a formal resolution.

The Business Plan sets out our priorities for the coming year. Primary Care Sheffield developed this plan through extensive engagement to make sure that these priorities meet the needs of people in Sheffield, GP practices, and the wider health and care system.

The document sets out our work in the following four areas:

• Practice|Care How we will support practices in Sheffield to provide better care.
• Patient|Care How we will deliver primary care services to the people of Sheffield.
• Future|Care How we will push for improvements to shape the future of care by making sure the views of our shareholders and patients are heard.
• Home|Care How we will help people live independent lives in their own homes.

We will report back on progress against this plan in our Annual Report so that people can see the impact we are having.
