We were blown away by the positive response to our Menopause Café event. In total over 20 people dropped in to find out about all the things we are doing as we work towards gaining accreditation to become a menopause-friendly employer.

75% of those who gave us feedback from the event said they found the event either “Very Helpful” or “Helpful” and 92% of those who gave us feedback said they would recommend the event to a colleague.

We launched our Fan Bank and all 10 fans were signed out by staff who attended the event, one staff member told us “This is going to be lifesaving”. For those staff who missed out on the day, please contact your line manager who will be able to order one for you.
