National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) takes place between 5 to 11 February 2024 and is an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of apprentices around the country and the positive impact they make to communities, businesses, and the wider economy. As part of this we’re really pleased to share the experiences of Aiesha Munshi, who is completing a Customer Service apprenticeship at Darnall Primary Care Centre.
Q&A: Aiesha Munshi – Customer Service Apprentice
What apprenticeship are you doing, and why did you choose to do an apprenticeship?
I am currently doing a Customer Service apprenticeship within PCS, I’m based at Darnall Primary Care centre. I chose to do an apprenticeship as I want to enhance my knowledge more while earning. The main benefits of doing an apprenticeship are that you get a qualification out of it, earn while learning and you develop more skills.
What are you enjoying most about the apprenticeship?
I enjoy working with different members of staff, I work with both reception and the Data team.
What would you like to do once you have finished the apprenticeship?
After my apprenticeship I want to stay within PCS.
