Cara joined PCS in February 2020 following 10 years in NHS manager roles, most recently as Service Delivery Manager for the NHS 111 Service.

She was previously a lead Nurse for the NHS 111Dental Services and has accumulated significant people management experience, Cara’s current role at PCS is Head of Service for our PCAS team , which is centred around providing services at scale such as Enhanced Access , Same day services to support practice demand , Sexual Health and Gynaecology and many other at scale services.
