Dr Story qualified as a GP in 1999 and is now in her third partnership at Chapelgreen Practice. She worked as an SHO for 9 months in dermatology and then continued her interest by becoming a GPCA from 1999. She has continued to work in this role, including 2 years with SCH. She has a keen interest in service improvement and works for NHS Sheffield CCG. She is a member of the LMC and is keen to hear all GP and patient opinions on services. Dr Story’s motivation to be involved with CASES is to enhance the patient pathway and to improve the communication and continued learning between primary and secondary care.
