Kiz has gained a wealth of primary care experience being a manager of two practices in Sheffield and a Network Manager for a 30,000+ patient PCN.  Previous roles have also included leading corporate services for a CCG. Kiz joined as Head of Primary Care after previously being a member of the PCS Board, representing the Hallam and South Locality.

Kiz is also a Microsystems Coach and Menopause Advocate.
