Natalie is a clinical academic Occupational Therapist with a portfolio of clinical leadership, teaching and research. She has 28 years of NHS experience, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Research and is currently an NIHR Doctoral Clinical Research Fellow, which has funded her PhD studies. She has been instrumental in developing Occupational Therapy roles in primary care and has published an evaluation of the additional roles reimbursement scheme. Natalie was invited with other primary care colleagues to deliver this year’s opening plenary at the Royal College of Occupational Therapy National Conference. She has been shortlisted for this year’s Chief Allied Health Professions Officers Awards for her contribution to research impact and this year will be honoured with a Merit Award from the Royal College of Occupational Therapy for her excellent contribution to professional leadership.
