We received a record 11 nominations for the PCS ‘Thank You’ Scheme this week. Well done to Nada Alneami, Aymen Alneami, Vickie Fearnehough, Donna Higginbottom, Mostafa Al-zobaidy, Rosa Hamid, Jennifer Hart, Sahera Ditta, Jenny Chidwick, Kiz Haigh and Joanna Burton – who were all nominated for their hard work!
The PCS ‘Thank You’ Scheme is designed to give our team the opportunity to highlight when someone really demonstrates on our our team values by being ‘innovative’, ‘ambitious’, ‘person-centred’, ‘empowering’, or ‘open’.
How does it work?
• You can nominate anyone who has displayed one of our organisational values.
• Email PCS.enquiries@nhs.net with their name and and what they’ve done.
• Your nominees will be sent a personalised ‘thank you’ card for their appraisal file.
• Their name will also be displayed on our ‘wall of fame’.
