We want to involve lots of people – patients, carers, members of the public, our shareholder practices, and our team – in the work we do to plan and improve our services.
We know that hearing from a diverse range of voices will improve the services we run and make sure they reflect the needs of the communities we serve.
We aim to provide different ways for people to get involved, as different approaches suit different people and occasions.

From time to time, we will carry out consultations where we ask patients and the public for their views on a particular topic for a specific period of time
