Welcome to Natalie Jones, our first ever Allied Health Professional Clinical Manager

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Natalie Jones to the leadership team of PCS|Practices. Nat will be taking on the newly created role of Allied Health Professional Clinical Manager.

Natalie has 28 years of NHS experience as an occupational therapist focussing on clinical leadership, teaching and research. She has a master’s degree in Clinical Research and is currently an NIHR Doctoral Clinical Research Fellow. She has been instrumental in developing Occupational Therapy roles in primary care and has published an evaluation of the additional roles reimbursement scheme (ARRS).. She has been shortlisted for this year’s Chief Allied Health Professions Officers Awards for her contribution to research impact and this year will be honoured with a Merit Award from the Royal College of Occupational Therapy for her excellent contribution to professional leadership.

Natalie joins PCS to take on a new role which will provide clinical leadership for our Allied Health Professionals and Advance Clinical Practice roles, to help develop these roles further within our PCS|Practices, to provide additional supervision, and to enhance the breadth of the leadership team.
