Natalie Jones, Allied Health Professional Clinical manager, wins national award.

Natalie Jones, Primary Care Sheffield’s Allied Health Professional Clinical Manager has won a prestigious award at the 7th Annual Awards for Excellence in AHP practice.

Natalie was successful in this year’s ‘Research Impact Award’ category at last weeks awards hosted by the Chief Allied Health Professions Officer for NHSE Professor Suzanne Rastrick OBE.

The “Research Impact Award” focuses on the contribution made by AHPs in development, leadership or supporting implementation of research. The award recognised the impact an individual or team have made.

The judges said of that “Natalie has collaborated with healthcare providers and universities in many ways. For example she has worked on improving the feasibility of OT home visits by developing an app. Here current PhD work is about the use of breakfast clubs for stroke patients. Co-production with people and communities is a the centre of everything Natalie develops.”
