24hr ECG patient satisfaction results show 98% are ‘very happy’ or ‘happy’ with their experience

The most recent “Friends and Family” survey results for the PCS|24hr ECG service show that of those patients who took part in the survey 98% of were either “very happy” of “happy” with their experience.

This Friends and Family report details comments and feedback from patients the PCS|24hr ECG service during the months of July , August and September 2023. We received 136 returns, across which is 29% of the patients who used the service in that period.

100% of patients responded they were treated with dignity and respect, some or all of the time.

16 % of patients felt they didn’t received advice on follow up care or action to take if their condition worsened, and we are working on improvements to the service in response to this service.

The service is delivered from practices across the city to ensure that patients are able to access the service close to their homes. 86% of patients said that the appointment was at “their idea or first choice location”
