We are pleased to be able to share with you our Annual Business Plan for 2025/26.

As usual we have engaged widely with practices, PCNs and PCS staff and we hope therefore that our plan for the coming year reflects the ongoing needs of general practices in Sheffield, as well as that of patients and service users.

Building on our priorities over previous years, this year’s plan has been written in advance of the publication of the government’s 10-year plan for the NHS. As such it remains flexible to any strategic changes within primary care policy that may result from the government’s thinking on the future.
