As part of our work to share the learning form our implementation of total triage models we arehosting two learning events which are open to GP practice teams from across Sheffield and belond.

These events will cover:

• Our experience and learning (10minutes)
• Q&A session (30 minutes)
• Finally for those that want it, come prepared with this excel document and your call volumes handy, and we’ll go through the document line by line to complete it together (20 minutes)
